Construction Details:

The costume was made on Nisei week, but because it was a rushed job, the costume was not finished completely at all. I recently altered it, so that the outfit fit more to my body, and then lined it. I also put interfacing in and fixed the alignment of the sleeves, along with the collar. The armband was made with red polyester and interfacing, the star was painted on with fabric paint. All and all. I had a lot of fun in this costume and my love for the character finally got me to finish the military uniform.
