Construction Details:

The fabric I used was sportswear twill. Heavy but good to work with, exactly what I was looking for. I made a simple shirt with poofed sleeves with a turtleneck collar. Basic shorts, with elastic to make them look poofy as well. Made a laced vest and attached it to the shirt. Not fun to make. The bustle: attached to an elastic band that hides under the shirt. There are 3 types of fabric, 2 layers of lace, a tutu and super mesh to make it poof! Loved making it and wearing it. HAT: Bought the hat and added the embellishments. Crow is a prop i bought at a halloween store, gloves, shoes, stockings, purchased.
