Construction Details:

The costume was not particularly difficult and it was fun to make, when I wasn't stressing over time. Hoop skirt and petticoat were fairly simple to construct. I chose the colors closest to wine, from the anime, instead of the red and black. /shrug I recently added a hoop so that it wasn't so high off the ground.
