Construction Details:

I was asked to for a group XD Totally NOT done yet... The product as seen here is half safety pinned together and the wig was a last minute replacement after the first one is... still stuck in China or something...? 14 yards of 64 inch wide poly/cotton... Each skirt is 3 full circles knife pleated to single circles. Total hemming... ~70 feet. All rolled. My life.

Personal Thoughts:

I can removed the hoopskirt and bottom two layers of the skirt to make miniskirt Secret Black Vow! This version is 5000x easier to move around in XD
