Construction Details:: Out of the blue and friend asks me to be part of his SOUL EATER cosplay group since they were seriously lacking ladies. Originally he wanted me to do Eruka Frog, but after seeing Blair's design I couldn't possibly do any other character.

Purple hair!? A cat girl!? Short skirt!?

After a few mishaps over who would make the costume and finding all the right materials on such short notice, this cosplay was quite literally pulled off in 2 days.
We found a black velvet dress in goodwill that had the halter/turtle neck and modified it. The wig is what I'm probably the most proud about since it's the first time I had to make a gravity defying hairstyle like that. I got yellow contacts (which barely show up in pics =_= ) and thigh high black leather boots were the icing on top.

Personal Thoughts:: I would complete a different part to the costume each time I wore it, it was always a work in progress, and looking back on it now I would re-do so many things about it...
