Costume was made by a friend of mine. I have several props for this most of which are hand made by me. The sword was originally a foam sword from the movie How to Train Your Dragon. I repainted it and glued the jewel onto both sides of it. The shield is made of cardboard and painted to match the game. There is a foam child size shield glued onto the back of the cardboard to allow me to hold it. Using leather scraps, I made myself a makeshift sheath which has metal snaps that attach to my chest belt and to the leather scrap itself so it closes. The slingshot was originally a completely white toy slingshot that I painted to the proper colors. The holster for it was made out of leather scraps as well. The deku seed bag was originally a white bag that I painted. There are deku seeds in the bag made of small bouncy balls painted gold and brown. The rupees are actually toy crystals from Crash Bandicoot action figures. I'm glad I saved them now. lol. I bought the 3 bottles hanging from the belt at the con and filled them with colored gatorade, 1 for each of the different potions. I used the shuriken pouch from my Naruto crossplay to hold my bf's ocarina of time. The ocarina is from songbird ocarina. I now have one of my own, the fairy ocarina. This was a fun cosplay that I plan to do again. I am actually working on getting actual elf ears for this and am also working on majora's mask young link.
