Construction Details:

Sadly, there's nothing about Persona 4 cosplay (unless you're an overachiever) that's conducive to creating the outfit yourself, so all of this is purchased. Do I get points for spending hours and hours on Amazon looking for that bizarre teal color? xD The only part hand-crafted by me is the colored belt on the pageboy hat.

Personal Thoughts:

I always really loved the Shadows. To quote my friend Jenni, "they're just a bunch of pissed off trolls who revel in being obnoxious and honest about their feelings". To some extent, I loved how kooky and evil the rest of them were, but then we got to Naoto and she surprised me. Her Shadow wasn't just her bad parts...it was also her lonely part, something the other characters never really had to deal with, surrounded by friends. I remember feeling horrible that I had to beat up that poor little kid who was just begging Naoto to not leave him all alone (Sukuna-Hikona's male, isn't he? So her Shadow must be too). But then he got all evil and shit and I had no problem giving him a smackdown.
