Construction Details:

I love Harvest Moon and I always play as a boy named Jack since Jack is the best default name ever so it was only a matter of time before I ended up cosplaying as my character! I might as well have made the shirt from scratch, but I used a base pattern that was for a bathing suit cover just to get the collar basically. I had to redo the seams to get the colors where they were supposed to be.

The jeans and shoes were lucky finds at Goodwill. The boots are SO heavy. I can't believe someone actually bought them seriously to wear and fully understood how they ended up at Goodwill.

Personal Thoughts:

I love Harvest Moon, but it seems Harvest Moon gets no love! D: Most of the time I think the people that recognized me thought I was Luffy from One Piece. Overall, it's a very comfy and warm outfit to wear. The shoes could be lighter, but they look good so that is all that matters. Even if no one recognizes HM, it's still fun to clunk around and feel like a farmer for a day! (Even though a real farmer wouldn't wear that outfit, lol)
