Construction Details:

Coat made of red damasked upholstery fabric, gold crepe back satin and ruched satin with gold cording and fleur de lis accents. Hat from Boswells and embellished with scrap booking supplies and a feather from Michaels. Vest and brooch from Salvation Army. Everything else is from my closet pretty much, 'scept for the coat buttons are from Ellome. (Thank yoooou

Personal Thoughts:

I cranked out this coat in 3 days before the Vallejo Pirate Festival 2010. I wasn't going to make it originally but I happened to have a little extra money and decided what the hell. I'm really in love with how this came out and I feel like it's a big accomplishment to finish something so complicated in such a short time. I leveled up!
