Personal Thoughts:

I adored the volume 3 sketchbook versions of Iceland and Norway the moment I saw them, and since about late spring I have been itching to cosplay Iceland's design.

This outfit is simple, but the hat was probably the most annoying part; it was trial-and-error mostly, but I think it turned out as accurately as I could make it.
