This dress took probably over 100 hours to do. Full of hand pleating (on the colored skirt and pettiskirt) and trial and error with the top. I'm quite thankful that the dress did well on its first outing, but the bottom layer of the skirt is torn up. I'll be redoing it and bringing the skirt up a couple inches so it's not so long to the ground.
