My favourite aspect of this costume was making the wig- it took seven hours to style, most of which was spent on the sewing machine! I didn't like the way painted Death the Kid wigs looked so I decided to take a stab at cutting wefts out of a white wig, sewing them into my black one and then styling the wig, and I think it turned out great. After a small disaster with a washing machine his jacket became quite mangled so I'm considering remaking it, along with remaking the wig (which I've now sold to someone) and the guns. I originally agreed to cosplay as Death the Kid when my friends promised to cosplay Liz and Patty with me (I was sold on the perfect height ratio we had...) so I think I might remake and wear the costume one last time when I have a Liz and Patty to do a photoshoot with.
