Construction Details:

I found this uniform at a thrift store, and felt the strong need to buy it since it fit perfectly. I then had to figure out what character to use it for. I chose Belgium since I wanted to cosplay her anyway. The uniform is not the exact one that she is often drawn in, but research showed that it is still accurate for her to be wearing a uniform like this.
