I had been meaning to cosplay Belarus practically since discovering Hetalia in late 2008. I finally got around to making the costume recently. I made everything, including the pattern. There is variation in her hair colour in different references. Though it has become pretty consistently light blonde, I still like her with white hair, since I am quite fond of white haired characters.
