What a project! I haven't made many non-sewing props, so the helmet was a big challenge. I'm pretty happy with how it turned out though! I started with a motorcycle helmet as the base and added cardboard ears, then covered them in Paper Clay, sanded for a long time, then spraypainted. The scythe was a lot easier; it's just a curtain rod, some heavy poster board and a lot of black craft foam. Made the bodysuit too. Would like to re-make it in a more appropriate vinyl, since this one wasn't stretchy enough and got all wrinkly on me. XD
