Construction Details:

Spandex leggings, spandex leotard, bee butt attaches around my waist through hidden holes in the back. Eyes/antennae are model magic and copper wire. Twilitesea helped with the wings.

Personal Thoughts:

I made this insane costume for DJ's Darkstalkers skit in 2010 and had an absolute blast with some of my best friends. For something I made with 2010-level skills, it was some impressive work, and I'm kind of sad I sold it.

Styling Notes

Literally a hair helmet. Glued two styrofoam eggs to the scalp with copper wire horns that I wrapped the hair around. The entire thing is shellacked with tacky glue and Aquanet.

Wig Review

I am so proud of this wig. It is a trophy of overcoming my fear of hair styling.
