Construction Details:

The belly was made by sewing something like a pillowcase cover, which had cotton balls and foam stuffed inside. The cotton balls were stuffed on the side that would be against the stomach, and the foam was on the side that would be against the dress so that it had a smoother look than the cotton balls. Attached with four straps, 2 on each side and one at the top side of the 'pillowcase' and one of the bottom side of the 'pillowcase'.
