Construction Details:

The jacket was white broadcloth cotton. The ruffles were supposed to be a different color but of course I didn't have it. So I used a black silk ruffled material. The dress was from another sort that I can't pinpoint but it was black in color, obviously. Forgive me D: Otherwise apart from the dress and jacket, everything else is store bought. ^^V
