Construction Details:

Everything was made from scratch without a pattern, minus the boots (which were purchased, and then I added the stripes with electrical tape). The hat was the most challenging aspect - I used a white baseball cap as a base, and then I built a wire frame off of it. I put stuffing inside the frame, and then made a "cover" to go over it out of fabric. It's a beast, but I love it!

Personal Thoughts:

I actually love this costume a lot. The hat's a bit of a pain, but the rest of it is really comfortable! (Despite, you know, the whole "I can't sit down in this short of a skirt" factor.)
