Construction Details:

This was a veeery easy, basic costume. My friend Kira_elric designed it for me for Youmacon '08. Basically... Bought an orange tanktop and painted it, and bought some orange and black striped socks. I already had the shoes, and I was obviously able to use the wig from my regular Olette cosplay. The hat, pants, sash, and arm sleeves were all made from scratch without patterns. The hat, pants and sash are all cotton, and the arm sleeves are organza. Pretty nifty!

Personal Thoughts:

It was a lot of fun wearing this costume - granted, not a lot of people recognized my Hayner and I, but that was to be expected. We did have one girl tell us, "Oh, wow, no one ever does Halloween Town versions of those two!" So that made us really super happy.
