I made everything myself, except the ears/wings. These were bought for me as a gift at Otakon 09 and inspired the whole idea for 2010. (Bought from Yaya Han, found here: http://yayahan.bigcartel.com/ ) I'm going to eventually make my own set of ears/wings. I have the experience :P
