Construction Details:

Narcissa Malfoy in The Half Blood Prince. Dress and coat made from scratch. Dress is a faux silk dark olive green 3/4" sleeve A line dress. Coat is a brocade with full lining. My hair was already part blonde and black (hence making the costume). Shoes were heeled loafer style. Ring was a snake wrapped stone. Matching olive earrings.
