Construction Details:

I only made Ugly Shirt, but that was an adventure in itself. I drew out my base pattern and cut the front pattern into 9 different pieces and cut that out of the fabric. I then proceeded to serge every edge of every single piece of fabric (all 20). I sewed the two sets of 9 front pieces together with black thread, and then topstitched all of the frankensteined pieces. Eventually I made the collar, and interfaced the center pieces like crazy. Best part was the buttons. So easy compared to the rest. The Resurgam badge is also a vector that I drew out in about 6 minutes (took me a little longer because it took me an extra minute to remember how to make the cross into one single shape).

Personal Thoughts:

LOL Happy Birthday ChibiTifa! I only made this costume because ChibiTifa has been wanting to do it, so I made it to surprise her for her birthday. I am also really lazy, so I didn't want to make the body suit (I'm also really cheap, and refused to buy new fabric to make it -- I barely even convinced myself to buy the buttons for the costume haha). Did I mention TOTALLY GHETTO? Hahaha. Hence the huge boots (I bought them to add height under my Trinity Blood costume and haven't really had a reason to wear them again), as well as the jacket that is for my Princess Nightmare cosplay. Also, somewhere along the line, "Ugly Shirt" became "Cute Tank Top."
