Construction Details:

Hitomi was a very easy costume to make. Since I only planned on wearing her to a club I frequent for their "Video Games" theme, I painted the designs onto a black tank top I own with fabric paint. I also dyed workout gloves to match her glove color scheme & sewed black slip covers to go over the elbow pads. The wig is borrowed from my friend Megan, who went as Ayane. All in all I put about 3 hours worth of work into her (including the time to let the fabric paint dry between coats). A very simple, comfortable & easy costume to wear out to a bar.

Personal Thoughts:

When I found out a local bar/nightclub I frequent had a "video game night" theme coming up, I conspired with a few of my friends to do a DOA group for it. I like Hitomi's character design, but she doesn't have many outfits in the game that are that aesthetically pleasing in my opinion. This one however, is probably my favorite. It's simple & the color scheme works well.
