Construction Details:

Oh man, where to start? The entire outfit is made from scratch without patterns. Like most TB costumes, they change in every reference picture so I tried my best to work off of one picture and use others for parts I couldn't see. The green material is a suede mix, the gold is a satin blend, the red is flannel satin and the white is kona cotton. There are four different trims, four types of gems and two different laces; aka, a whole lot of crap is on this outfit! The details are a combo of Heat and Bond or hand painted with acrylic or puff paint, which is always a nice pain in the butt to work with, and the armor parts are fun foam. There's way too much info on this costume to put down so if you have any questions, feel free to ask.
