Jacket and cape are made of black stretch twill, lined with red duchess satin. Both were based off of modified patterns. The gold bias tape and applique are made of metallic spandex; the latter was mostly applied with heat-and-bond. Cuffs are made of taffeta. Red wings are painted on with acrylic and textile medium. Wig is from cosplaywig520 on eBay, cut and styled by Cho. Circle lenses are from e-circlelens.com.
