Construction Details:

stretch knit for the top, which is quilted at the neck. Garbardine for the top, which needs to be lengthened. Gloves are pleather/belts/bag, and the first time I put gussets in gloves. Pauldron is plaster with sculpy on top (I didn't make that, Lauren did). Boots are from Ebay. I did love my collar and my pockets (though they are off a bit). Lots of things to fix.

Personal Thoughts:

I have a lot of issues with it and will definitely remake the top and resize the skirt. This is why you don't make a costume the week before you have to run a convention track.
