Construction Details:

This was a spoof costume based off of the "swimming lessons" animated gif that originated on 4chan's /a/ board. You can now view it here: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=oqfxY8YN1tE I really only did this as a joke costume, but had a lot of fun doing it. The jacket and pants were altered to fit me from a pre-existing men's suit set. I made a jug of fake blood from corn syrup and food coloring. My hotel room sink looked like someone cut an artery while shaving. I felt bad for housekeeping and what they must have thought, lol.

Styling Notes

The wig was sort of derpy and thin in areas, so I ended up having to buy some loose extensions and sew them in. This upp'ed my styling time from what would have been maybe 20 minutes tops, to around 2-3 hours. >:
