Construction Details:

I absolutely loooove Star Trek, and I really loved the new movie! I fell in love with new, futuristic design of the Starfleet uniforms. I knew I would never find the fabric that was used in the movie with the starfleet emblems right on the fabric, so I used a sports mesh over black jersey knit. The patch is silver lame fabric backed with buckram, and satin stitched around the edges. I added the white wig "rose from cosworx" to create a more alien look. I had all the toy replica's from the new movie so it really completed the look of the costume!
