Construction Details:

Costume was made out of polyester. Worked on this on and off for the last month. Not exactly sure on the hours worked on it. Also used the Vocaloid program Megurine Luka to compose her singing the Jigglypuff song. I wanted it to look similar to a Vocaloid since they sing and Jigglypuff sings.
