Construction Details:

I made this costume in order to compete alongside Makoto, Ringo, and Teca at Fanime. :) It was an exciting new frontier for me because we incorporated electroluminescent wire and LEDs into our costumes. The showcase of this costume were the rollerblades: getting the EL wire to adhere to the plastic was tricky, so I wound up dremmeling a track for the EL wire to sit in and then epoxy-ed over the wire. It's not quite so pretty, but it works! And man is it fun rolling around in this costume. :)
