Construction Details:

I have been working on this costume off and on for the past couple of months. I really love Haydee's character from Gankutsuou so I nearly died with excitement when I saw this dress in one of the episodes. I just had to do it. I planning to wear this to Animazement 2010 so I hope I finish in time. Some of the dress I had to assume colors and placement of all the jewels since the scene shoots I got don't show everythig to well. one the less I love how it looks so far and I can't wait to see the ed product. The smaller jewels were bought at the store and I had that large ones custom made by the commissioner: WindoftheStars, who did a lovely job might I add.
