Ahaha, commissioned from Cos00, since ... well. UNIFORM. Been wanting to do this since a little more than a year ago, but FINALLY got around to doing this character! I've made some of the accessories and half-way done for the hat -- but unfortunately not in time for Fanime 2010 xD; WILL BE DONE FOR AX though, hoho *_*
