Ohhh nostalgia. Eva was one of my first anime ever, and Asuka remains one of my all-time favorite characters... This was made the week before otakon with the tail end of a bolt of yellow interlock, last of the season. Didn't have quite enough to make the dress how I would have liked, but it sufficed. (might make a second version later, since a second go would definitely have better results if I can find a suitable fabric) I learned a lot about dresses (first dress!) and working with interlock knit making this~ and got to use a nifty technique for making spaghetti straps from a magazine I read at work. :D
