Construction Details:

I had been wanting to cosplay as Rei for a while and decided that it was right about time. The costume itself was very easy to put together. Everything was bought from a thrift store. The only altering I had to do was to the sweater, which I made into a vest (and resized. It was huge!!) and then I sewed on the green stripes. I bought the wig online and I love it so much. It's a great wig. I also bought the contacts online. They were kind of a pain in the butt to put in, but it was totally worth it. They really made the costume great. The head nodes were also bought online. I could have made them myself, but I didn't really feel like it. Plus, I really liked these ones! I hope to have more photos soon.
