Construction Details:

This was a fairly "easy" costume for me. I picked the costume because it's simple, recognizable, and no wig required! The red jacket was originally a tan jean jacket from the Goodwill that I altered and dyed red (I seamripped the bottom hem edge, cut the jacket, and then sewed the edge back on so it would look better). The dress is made from two colors of cotton, including handmade bias tape. The bangles and bracelets are fun foam, wiggle eyes for the rivets, and a few layers of glue with spray paint on top.
