Construction Details:

This costume actually belongs to Takumy, who wanted to do one of the many variations of the Felicia/kitty girl costume.

Unbelievably so it's been one of the easiest costumes to make and the most comfortable to wear.

The fur is from Walmart and is not entirely white, the hairs are long and the tips of the fur are actually black, but it's very soft and cat-like, although not accurate to the actual Felicia, since she has short tight fur.
We basically got a strapless bra and sewed on the fur, then got a bikini bottom and gave it the same treatment. The bands on the arms and legs are just made with wide elastic strips that have fur attached to them.

The shoes are winter booties from Walmart which were covered in fur and have an elastic at the top to keep the fur from sliding.

Takumy added the bows and bells for even more cuteness and the ears from cosworx.
