Oh god this costume is fun! The head is made from floral wreath-rings, dowels, and posterboard, with a padded fabric cover. The dress is a trapeze-style with boning sewn into the hem for shape. The katamari is made from an extra beach ball with bowls glued to foam circles all over it.
