Construction Details:

I made the clothing out of bridal satin and sew on silver trim. The wig is a natalie xxl styled into an up-do with bangs and sides cut in. I added icycles and ice baubbles to the wig. XL elf ears and crazy silver make-up. White snow flake contacts finish of the face. I made the wings to resemble Ice covered branches. I attached them to steel frame I bent to my back's size. I used color duct tape to attach the wings to the frame and cover the attachment point with a long irredescent train. I used clear vinyl for the harness. This was made to partner with Hikaruhime as the fire fairy. We want to be opposites of each other. Her dress is long and flowing and mine is short and slim. She used feather's I used crystal, to really set off the fire and ice theme.
