Construction Details:

some kinda knit was used for the crop top and skirt. I sewed in the ribbed designs on the turtle neck collar. everything is pull on. The midriff is just a tube of that knit fabric. Same with the socks. Shoes were wedges I covered so they were the right colour, sorta inaccurate but I needed to be taller than Vegeta. Bangles bought, gold band was lamé. Made the various jewelry things with beads n stuff.. bought the faux pearl necklace. Rigged up a wig somehow, airbrushed teal. Done
