Construction Details:

Sewed the red satin dress, airbrushed aqua blue wig to more dark teal. Styled. Made the handkerchief, borrowed Anatra's silver watch, bought the hoop earrings, and made the fake cigarette. Socks were just a knit sewn into tubes and worn bunched up on my calves.
