Construction Details:

This was a real labor of love, trying to get as much detail as possible in so I could hopefully stand out. The left sleeve has 24 LEDs wired in that run off of two nine volt batteries. The headphones light up too! Taking physics class made me think I was an engineer, but theory is much easier than practice. Still, I learned alot making them and I just like when things light up in general. Everything was made by me, although my regular hairstylist was nice enough to trim the bangs on the wig for me.

Personal Thoughts:

I wore this first at Las Cruces Anime Day in January of 2010, but it only became "Hello Planet" when I wore it to Sakura-con 2010 and carried with me the little 2-leafed plant. This detail was recognized by very few people but... oh well. I still thought it was cute. Ohayo-hayo!
