Construction Details:

Dress was pretty simple, a big sack with a ruffle and halter strap basically. The wig was certainly the harder part. I just shaped some styrofoam and covered it with extensions. A lot of hot glue was used. In the end they clipped on to my old utena wig with big bobby pins.
