The beaded radish earrings (my favorite part!) were made based on a tutorial I found online, and another cosplayer's suggestion. Seed beads are strung onto a fine wire and wrapped around a Sculpey base. The leaves are just beads and wire. The necklace is two strands of blue seed beads and a cork hooked on the center. For the tie, I found a navy blue striped tie and painted bronze over the stripes. I went with the book bronze rather than the movie silver. Luckily, I found a similar cardigan. I replaced the buttons with black ones and painted on the stripes with fabric paint. The skirt is handmade from a grey twill fabric - I dyed it to get a darker color. I actually made the socks from some odd patterned stretch knit fabrics. It's just fun and seems like something she would wear if she could get away with it! The white collared shirt and Mary Jane shoes are from my wardrobe, and the wig is recycled from my Tsubasa Chii costume and it's been through a lot. The robes were the most difficult and expensive part. I had a pattern to start with, but it was one size fits all, meaning HORRIBLY too big. So a lot was cut out of it and fabric wasted and they are still rather oversized. I used black twill for the outer and blue quilting cotton for the lining. I made the mistake of fully lining it, which made it even more heavy. The patch was bought online and sewn on. The robes close with a pair of hook and eyes underneath the buttons and loops.
