Construction Details:

Kira Yamato was my first real anime crush when I started watching Gundam Seed on CN back when I was in high school, hahah. He's just so sweet and sincere, and well, I have a thing for boys with brown hair. Seed was also the first Gundam series I watched, as well. I chose to do Kira's ORB uniform from Destiny, because I like the design and he's older then too (I won't be cosplaying from Seed, specifically, ever, it seems). But yeah, I really felt the need to cosplay one of my favorite anime characters ever! *heart*

This costume is fairly easy, once you pattern out the white and blue designs of the jacket. After making multi-colored garments before, this wasn't very difficult for me. It was the first time I mad to make a collar like that though. Fabric is twill, bias tape around jacket. Details are made with fabric and attached. Wig cut and styled by me. And well, yeah, that's pretty much how I made it.
Everything 100% self-made.
