Construction Details:

The dress is made of cotton sateen. It is unlined, but the edges are serged and then hemmed. The apron took a surprisingly long time! All of the ribbons were measured and sewn down and then sewn to the gathered trim and fabric back to the apron. I also made a back bow, which has ribbon trim on both sides of it! The headband is just a headband with the gathered trim attached to it. The hair is my own with extensions used for the tails. (In color #22)

Personal Thoughts:

I am a complete fool for Sailor Moon. I have been meaning to do this outfit for quite some time and finally got around to doing it!
