Construction Details:

I took great pains to find the closest outfit I could from my closet to match Quinn's style, and though I was worried at first I think ultimately I was pretty successful. The yellow shirt I used is preppy enough she'd own it, and loose enough she'd wear it to help mask the baby-bump. Obviously ideal would be to copy something exactly that she wears, but on the short notice I had that wasn't an option. The key was gelling my bangs to the side and under the headband which really made the look.

Personal Thoughts:

Shiva made a Rachel costume for Halloween and convinced a few others of us to do a photo shoot at AAC a few weeks later. Given that a) I'm blond, and b) I didn't have time to make a Cheerios costume, naturally I was slotted to be Quinn. It was a ton of fun, even though nobody got who we were. The photo shoot was great and I got to show off some of my cheerleading moves I learned back in middle school. Only thing that would have made it better is if I thought to bring sheet music for Shiva (Rachel) to hold, or maybe a volume "Singers Musical Theater Anthology" XD
