Construction Details:

This costume took a really, really long time to make, as I am a slave to accuracy. Most people who make this don't have the clear heels (not hard to find!) and they use the crappy toy wand. The toy wand is WAY too small (its made for a child) so I made my own, accurate size harp wand. This costume might be too big for me to wear now, but I still love it.
