Construction Details:

I recycled the skirt from my MOMO Xenosaga3 cos and the tutu from my maid outfit and Ponyo cos. The top was also based off my Ponyo dress, but made shorter, lined, and added long sleeves. Embroiderstitched the red tulip design and name tag. I cut up a blonde Scruffy wig from Cosworx and used just the bangs to clip it onto a Wisp wig in color 12.

Personal Thoughts:

I love Tsuchi~!! A lot of ppl thought I was Ahiru from Princess Tutu...I guess it's cuz of the hair and big puffy pull-ups. haha. XD Pa-pa, Pa-pa, Panda Neko~!!
