Construction Details:

I was lucky enough to have almost all the fabric in my stash! The bodice was made from an altered pattern. It has buttons up the front and a collar. It's lined with an extra fabric shower curtain I had, hahah! The skirt is really gathered with three layers of ruffles and fastens with a drawstring so I can adjust the fullness. The hat was made from cardboard that I covered in fabric. The shoes, garters, shorts and stockings were stuff I found/bought.
